Why We Practice in the Heat
Practicing yoga in a heated room is not about suffering โ it's about science. The warmth allows your muscles to release more deeply, your joints to open more safely, and your body to flush toxins more efficiently.
Controlled heat also elevates your cardiovascular response, meaning you receive a deeper physiological benefit from the same postures practiced at room temperature. The result: accelerated progress, enhanced detoxification, and a practice that genuinely changes your body.
Our room is calibrated between 95ยฐF and 105ยฐF depending on the class style โ warm enough to open, safe enough for all levels.

What to Expect at Flow Studio
Never done hot yoga? Here's everything you need to walk in with confidence.
We want your first class to feel like the beginning of something great โ not an experience that overwhelms. Our instructors are there to guide, support, and celebrate you.
Arrive 15 Minutes Early
Give yourself time to check in, settle into the space, and acclimate to the warmth before class begins.
Bring Water & a Towel
Hydration is essential. Bring at least 32oz of water. Towels are available for rent or bring your own.
Wear Light, Breathable Clothing
Less fabric is more comfortable. Moisture-wicking material is ideal for the heated environment.
Honor Your Body
If you need to rest, rest. Child's pose is always available. You are never behind in this room.

Contact UsAbsolutely. Our classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors provide modifications throughout. We recommend starting with Sunrise Yoga or Vinyasa Flow for your first class and drinking plenty of water beforehand.
Bring a yoga mat, at least 32oz of water, and a towel. Wear light, breathable, moisture-wicking clothing. Towels and mats are available for rent if needed.
We recommend arriving 10โ15 minutes before class. This gives you time to check in, set up your mat, and begin acclimating to the heated environment before the session begins.
This is completely normal, especially in your first few classes. Simply come to child's pose, sit down, or step outside the room for a moment. Your body will adapt over time โ be patient and kind with yourself.
